The AS600-series simulates a full-bridge transducer, including load cells, strain gauges, pressure sensors, extensometers and other bridge-based sensors. The dual attenuator network provides a symmetrical output that accurately replicates a full active bridge and can be switched between positive, zero and negative outputs.
Ideal for transducer testing, amplifier calibration, fault finding, system commissioning and R&D. Housed in a robust IP54-rated die-cast aluminium enclosure for reliable use in both laboratory and field environments.
We develop and manufacture customer-specific instrumentation and electronic systems for OEM and industrial applications. From precision load cell and strain gauge interfaces to complete embedded control and display solutions, every product is engineered to meet your exact technical and mechanical requirements.
Whether you require a modification to one of our standard products or a completely bespoke design, we can provide analogue and digital electronics, embedded firmware, TFT colour displays, touchscreen interfaces, wireless communications and custom mechanical integration. Products are available under your own branding, with engineering support provided from the UK and precision manufacturing carried out in Germany.
