Our signal-conditioning bridge amplifiers can be used with load cells, strain gauges, pressure sensors, hydrostatic transmitters and other kinds of differential bridge sensors. They have been designed to be highly flexible with a wide variety of technical and mechanical features. They can be used as standard, ready-to-go units, or we can probably tweak one to fit your particular requirements.
Some of the main features include: 2-wire or 3-wire systems (power supply/output signal); analog output (current, voltage), digital output (I2C, RS232, RS485, USB), sensor excitation source (voltage, current), sensor bridge resistance (87R, 120R, 350R, 1000R, etc.). They can be fitted "in-line" or mounted directly with the transducer sensor. We offer some of smallest amplifiers in the industry, with a diameter of only 18mm! (same size as a 5p piece).
If you require help selecting a suitable amplifier, or require a completely new one, please give us a call!
Our digital indicators use Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), Light-Emitting Diode (LED) and Vacuum Fluorescent Display (VFD) component technologies. These are available in a wide range of colours, sizes, electrical and mechanical features depending on the end application. Most of our indicator modules are tailor-made for a specific application and customer. We do, however, also offer standard LCD indicator modules in various digit sizes and forms (portable or panel mount), that support load-cell applications.
We are currently designing several new modules to support various other sensor signal types (Pulse, Frequency, Temperature, Voltage, Current, PWM, Potentiometer and Incremental Encoders) as well as incorporating wireless technology.
If you require help selecting a suitable display or require a custom solution, please give us a call!
We are currently designing several wireless (telemetry) modules using the latest state of the art technology, for applications to replace cables. Several hardware modules are already completed. The software is expected to be ready for production by end of 2020.
Here is a sneak preview of some of the implemented features: ultra-compact wireless sensor board 30x15mm; ultra low-voltage battery management (operation with 1 battery cell!); supports a whole range of transducer signals; internal and external antenna options.

The AS600 simulator / calibrator series simulate any type of bridge transducer commonly used, for example, in load cells, strain guages, pressure sensors, extensometers and many other sensors. The dual attenuator network gives a symmetrical output simulating a full active bridge sensor and can be switched to give a positive, zero and negative output. They can be used for a whole range of purposes including transducer testing, amplifier calibration, fault-finding, system commissioning and R&D. They are mounted in an IP54 aluminium die-cast box providing durability in either laboratory or field environments.
Customer-specific bridge resistance ranges and outputs are possible, as well as company name printed on enclosure lid. Please contact us with your individual requirements.
We are a newly formed company founded in May 2018 after acquiring Asset Instruments Ltd from John Street, bringing together over 30 years expertise in the design, development, in-house assembly and support of ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) instrumentation products, supplying manufacturers of load cells, strain gauges, pressure sensors, hydrostatic transmitters and many other transducer manufacturers with a wide range of products to integrate into their products and systems. We also offer OEM electronic manufacturing services according to your own design and requirements, ranging from component procurement, SMD- and THT-board assembly, CPLD- / microcontroller programming, cable/wiring assembly, mechanical assembly, product functionality testing and packaging, certified according to ISO 9001:2015.
If you require a completely new unique product or a variation of an existing product, we are very happy to design and manufacture this for you. The non-recurring engineering costs (for development and prototyping) can be amortized across one or more series builds of the product. Alternatively, you can purchase the complete engineering CAE-files and manufacturing CAM-files for an agreed one-off price.
